기도의 방법 How to pray   트루시즘은 믿음의 대상이 없는 종교입니다. 의존해야 할 신을 규명하지 않은 종교입니다. 그러므로 기도 또한 있을수 없다고 생각할 수 있습니다. Truthism is a religion without objects of faith. It is a religion that has not identified a god to depend on. Therefore, one might think that prayer cannot exist either. 기도란 절대적 존재 또는 자신보다 우월하다고 믿는 어떤 존재를 통해 무엇인가를 이루고자 비는 것이라 할 수 있습니다. Prayer can be said to be a wish to achieve something through an absolute being or someone who you believe superior to yourself. ​그런데 신이 있다고 해도 신에게 의존하지 않는 것을 원칙으로 하는 트루시즘이 어떻게 기도가 가능할 수 있을까요? 기도는 가능하며 해야 합니다. However, even if there is a God, how can prayer be possible for Truthism, which does not depend on God as a principle? Prayer is possible and must be done. ​먼저 기도를 하는 자세는 반드시 두손을 합장할 필요는 없습니다. 조용한 곳에서 눈을 감고 있으면 기도의 준비가 됩니다. 잠들기 전과 아침에 눈을 뜰 때 자리에서 일어나기 전 누워있는 상태만으로 기도에 가장 적합한 환경이 됩니다. First of all, the posture of praying doesn't necessarily have to be both hands together. If you close your eyes in a quiet place, you will be ready for prayer. Just lying down before going to bed and when waking up in the morning is the most suitable environment for prayer. ​또는 의자나 소파에 앉아있을 때 등받이에 기대어 눈을 감는 것으로 충분히 준비가 됩니다. Or, when you are sitting on a chair or sofa, leaning against the backrest and closing your eyes is enough to prepare. 때로는 가능한 밝은 빛 아래 있는 것도 도움이 됩니다. 산책을 하고 걸을 때도 기도는 할수 있습니다. Sometimes it helps to be in the brightest light as possible. You can pray too while walking quiet street. ​전통적인 방법과 마찬가지로 두손을 합장하는것도 반드시 필요하지는 않지만 때로는 좋은 방법입니다. As with the traditional method, joining hands is not necessary, but is sometimes a good idea. ​두손을 합장하게 되면 손이 위치할 곳을 정하게 되므로 너무 느슨해지는 것을 방지할수 있으며 마음을 중앙으로 모으는 일이 수월해집니다. When you put your hands together, you can decide where your hands are located, so you can prevent them from being too loose, and it is easier to bring your mind to the center. 그러나 다른 사람이 있을 때에는 눈에 띌수 있으므로 자제하는 것이 좋습니다. However, it is better to refrain from doing so in the presence of other people, as it may stand out. ​두손을 합장하는 전통적인 방법을 사용함으로서 주의해야 할것은 전통적인 의식인 신에게의 의존의 형식으로 변형되지 말아야 한다는 것입니다. By using the traditional method of joining the hands together, care must be taken that it should not be transformed into a form of dependence on God, which is a traditional ritual. ​두손을 모으더라도 그것이 전통적인 기도의 의미가 아니며 신에게의 의지가 아니라는 것을 전제해야 합니다. Even if you put your hands together, it must be assumed that it is not the meaning of traditional prayer and it is not depending on God. 그리고 단지 원하는 것을 머리속에 떠올리면 그것이 기도가 됩니다. 무엇을 원해야 할지 모른다면 그냥 기도를 하게 되면 자신이 무엇을 원해야 하는 지를 알게됩니다. And if you just think of what you want, it becomes a prayer. If you don't know what to want, just pray and you will know what you need to want.
