업보의 속죄는 업보로서만 가능하다.
Atonement for karma is possible only with karma.
우리가 죄를 지었을
때에 어떤 종교를 통해서 어떤 의식을 통해서 죄를 사함받았다고 생각하는 경우가 많이 있으나 속죄는 반드시 그 업보를 받음으로서만
소멸될 수 있다는 것을 알아야 합니다.
When we commit a sin, we often think that
we have been forgiven of our sins through a certain religion or a
certain ceremony.but you have to know the atonement can be done only by
receiving the karma.
내가 누군가를 죽이면 나도 누군가에 의해서 죽임을 당하는 것이 기본적인 카르마의 원리입니다.
이러한 카르마의 원리는 무척 쉽고 이해 타당한 것이며 실제로 쉽게 발생합니다. 그렇다면 과연 내가 지은 과거의 잘못을 카르마를
통해 그 댓가를 받지 않고 어떻게 해서라도 피해 갈수 있는 길은 없는 것일까요?
The basic principle
of karma is that if I kill someone, I will be killed by someone too.
This principle of karma is very easy and understandable, and it happens
easily in practice. Then, is there really no way to avoid the past sin I
made without paying for them through karma?
만일 당신이 누군가를 살렸다면 누군가를
죽인것에 대한 업보가 상쇄되지 않을까요? 즉 누군가에게 악하게 대했다면 누군가에게 선하게 대한것으로 당신의 죄가 사해질수 있지
않을까요?
If you saved someone, wouldn't the karma for killing
someone be offset? In other words, if you treat someone badly, wouldn't
your sins be forgiven by treating someone good?
누군가에게
선하게 대했는데 그 사람이 악인이었다면 오히려 당신은 악을 지은 것이나 다름없습니다. 또한 누군가를 돕는 것이 그사람을 나약하게
만들수도 있으며 그렇게 볼때 사실상으로 선을 실행하는 것은 쉽지가 않으며 선으로 악행의 댓가를 상쇄하는것보다 악행을 악행으로
보답받는것이 적합한 방법이며 카르마는 그렇게 발생합니다. 즉 선을 실행하는 것보다 악을 실행하지 않는것이 더 중요합니다.
If you treat someone good but that person is evil, you are doing
evil. Also, helping someone can make that person weaker, so in fact, it
is not easy to do good, and it is more appropriate the evil is paid with
evil than to offset with good, and karma happens that way. In other
words, it is more important not to do evil than to do good.
즉
누군가를 죽이면 당신도 죽는 방법으로 보상을 받는 것이 더 빠르며 그렇게 일어나기가 다른 방법으로 샹쇄되는 것보다 더 쉽다는
것입니다.
간혹 어떤 선행을 통해 상쇄되는 경우도 있을 수 있겠으나 아무런 카르마의 상쇄작용이 없이 특별한 방법으로
업보는 절대로 사라지지 않습니다. 영겁의 세월이 흘러도 카르마의 시간적인 관념은 찰라에 불과할수 있으며 그것은 잊혀지지 않고
반드시 돌아옵니다.
That is, if you kill someone, it's quicker to be paid
by dying, and it's easier to happen so than to be offset in other ways.
Sometimes it may be offset through some good deeds, but karma never
disappears in a special way without any karmic offset. Aeons of time may
pass, but the temporal notion of karma may be but an instant, and it is
not forgotten and must return.
죄와 벌의 원리가 아니더라도 세상의 원리는 모두 그와
같습니다. 망치는 것은 쉬우나 다시 짓는것은 어렵습니다.
삼년이 걸려 완성한 건물도 한번의 화재로 5분만에 무너질수
있으며 그것을 다시 짓는데 다시 삼년이 걸릴 것입니다.
Even if it is not the principle
of crime and punishment, all the principles of the world are like that.
It is easy to destroy, but difficult to rebuild.
A building that
took three years to complete can be destroyed in five minutes by a
single fire, and it will take another three years to rebuild it.
당신이 한번 지은 죄는 당신이 아무리 선행을 한다고 하더라도 쉽게 사라지지 않으며 그 댓가를 받기가 더 쉽니다.
그런데 우리는 종교가 당신의 죄를 사해줄 것이라 믿고 신의 이름으로 함부로 남을 판단하고 비판하며 심지어 죽이기까지 하는 사람도
있습니다.
그것이 설령 죄일 지라도 나는 하나님께 충성을 다했으니 내 죄는 사해 줄 것이라 믿습니다. 당신의 신이
아무리 막강하다고 하더라도 절대로 그 죄는 저절로 사라지지 않습니다.
그 죄는 다시 태어났을때 하등한 동물로
태어나는 것일 수도 있지만 대개 경제적 상황이 열악해진다던가 점점더 추한 외모로 바뀌어 가는 등으로 카르마는 찾아옵니다.
Sins once committed do not go away easily, no matter
how good you do, more likely to pay for them.
However, we believe
that religion will forgive your sins, and there are people who
recklessly judge, criticize, and even kill others in the name of God.
Even if it is a sin, you believe that my sins will be forgiven. since I
have been faithful to God, No matter how powerful your God is, that sin
will never go away on its own.
The sin may be to be born as a
lower animal when reborn, but karma usually comes as a result of a poor
economic situation or being changed ugly appearance more and more.
남을 비판하는것은 쉽습니다. 무심코 던진 돌에 개구리가 맞아 죽듯이 세치 혀로 죄를 짓는 것은 쉽습니다. 그래서 가장
무서운 것이 혀라 하였습니다.
혀는 성냥불과 같아서 삼년동안 지은 건물을 허물 것이며 당신이 남을 쉽게 비판한
댓가로 당신에게 돌아오는 것은 다시 회복시킬수 없는 파탄이 될수 있습니다.
그러므로 당신은 누군가를 이유없이
비판하고 비난하는 종교에 몸을 담지 마십시오. 그러한 종교에 몸을 담는 것 만으로도 당신이 복을 받을수 있는 기회는 점점 멀어져
가며 재난을 받을 기회는 점점 가까워져 갑니다.
It's easy to criticize others. It is easy to sin with
the tongue, just as a frog is killed by a carelessly thrown stone.
That's why the most terrifying thing is the tongue.
The tongue is
like a match, it will destroy a building built in three years, and what
comes back to you as a result of your easy criticism of others can be a
broke irreparable.
Therefore, do not engage in a
religion that criticizes and accuses someone for no reason. Just by
immersing yourself in such a religion, your chances of receiving
blessings are getting farther and farther away, and your chances of
receiving calamities are getting closer and closer.
카르마의 작용은 현세에
이루어진다.
대개 사람들이 착각하는 것 중의 하나는 카르마의 작용이 반드시 전생과 후생을 거쳐 일어나는 것으로
생각한다는 것입니다. 그렇게 생각하게 되는 이유는 죄를 지은 사람이 그 벌을 받지 않고 잘 사는 경우도 많으므로 그 사람이
현세에서는 죄를 받지 않고 후생에서 받을 것이다라고 하는 것이며 이것이 와전되어 죄의 댓가는 모두 후생에서 받는 것으로 생각하게
된다는 것입니다.
Karma works in this world.
One of the common
mistakes people make is that they think that the work of karma must
happen through past and after lives. The reason for thinking that way is
that there are many cases in which a person who commits a crime lives
well without being punished, so people think he will get paid of the sin
in the next life not in present world. And this results you get to think
all the sin is paid in next life.
죄의 댓가를 후생에서 받는다는 생각 때문에 사람들은
죄에 대해 가볍게 생각합니다. 후생자체를 믿기도 어려운데 후생에서 받는 죄에 대해서까지 생각할 겨를이 없을 것입니다.
Because of the idea that sins are paid for in the afterlife, people
think lightly of sin. Even you are difficult to believe in the afterlife
itself, you have no time to think about even the sins received in the
next life.
천국과 지옥의 개념도 그러합니다. 어차피 천국이 있는지 없는지도 모르는데 천국에 가기 위해
악을 저지르지 않거나 선한 행동을 할 겨를이 없을 것입니다.
So is the concept of heaven
and hell. We don't even know if there is a heaven anyway, but we don't
have time to commit evil or do good deeds in order to go to heaven.
추수가 끝날때에 벼를 베듯이 현생에서 돌아오기 어려운 것들이 후생에서 돌아오는 경우도 많이 있습니다. 당신이 아름답게
태어났는데 추해질만한 죄를 지었다고 해서 현생에서 갑자기 추해지기는 어렵습니다. 후생에 추한 사람으로 태어나기가 현생에서 그
댓가를 받는 것 보다 더 쉬울 것입니다.
Just as rice is cut at the end of harvest,
there are many cases in which things that are difficult to return in the
present life return in the next life. It's hard to suddenly become ugly
though you committed a sin worthy of being ugly in this life when you
were born beautiful. It will be easier to be born ugly in later life
than to pay for it in current life.
악인이 오래 사는 것은 우연히도 그에게 피해를 입었던
사람들이 업보를 받았던 경우일 수도 있습니다.
누군가를 죽이고도 잘사는 사람이 있습니다. 사실 그가 죽인 사람이
악인이었다면 그가 악을 행한 것이 아닐 수도 있습니다. 당장은 피해를 입은 자가 악해 보이지 않으나 카르마는 정확히 계산합니다.
우리가 모르는 진실이 그 배후에 있을 수 있습니다.
The long life of the wicked may
also be a case of karmic retribution accidently for those who were
harmed by him.
There are people who live well even after killing
others. In fact, if the person he killed was evil, he might not have
done evil. Right now, the victim doesn't look evil, but karma counts
correctly. There may be a truth behind it that we do not know.
그렇게 세상은 서로 죽이고 죽이지만 결국 악인과의 싸움으로 복잡하게 얽혀있습니다. 그래서 무조건 악하면 망하고 착하면 복받는 것이
간단한 문제가 아닙니다.
That's how the world kills and kills each other,
but in the end, it is tangled complicately by the fight against the
wicked. So, it is not a simple matter unconditionally to perish if you
are evil and to be blessed if you are good.
남을 억압한자는 억압당하는 운명을 받게
되고 억압한자는 편안하게 살아가지만 억압당한 사람이 다시 그를 억합하는 역전극이 일어나게 되며 그렇게 복수와 복수가 거미줄 처럼
결합되어있는 것이 세상의 이치입니다.
Those who oppress others are destined to be
oppressed, and those who oppress live comfortably, but the oppressed
person oppresses again, a reverse drama occurs, and revenge and revenge
are combined like a spider's web.
그래서 세상은 항상 날개 옷을 입은 천사만 존재하지
않으며 악인이 판을 치는 세상인 것입니다.
카르마는 반드시 후생에서만 이루어지는 것은 아니며 현생에서 이루어질수 있을
만한 것들은 대개 현생에서 이루어집니다. 우리가 느끼지 못하고 있을 뿐입니다.
So, the world does
not always exist only with angels wearing wings, and it is a world where
the wicked are spreaded over.
Karma does not necessarily happen
only in the afterlife, but what can be done in this life usually happens
in this life. We just don't feel it.
우리는 대개 자신이 당한 피해에는 크게 집중하나
다른사람에게 끼친 피해에 대해서는 쉽게 잊습니다. 그렇기 때문에 자신이 당한 피해가 과거의 자신이 지은 업보의 속죄라는 것을
깨닫기 어렵습니다.
We usually focus heavily on the damage we've got, but
we easily forget about the damage we've done to others. That's why it's
hard to realize that the damage you've suffered is the atonement for
your past karma.
그러나 카르마가 무엇인지를 알게 되면 자신의 과거의 행적이 보다 쉽게 기억이 되며
그러한것들이 모두 현재의 불행과 연관되어있다는 것을 추적할수 있습니다. 그러한 추적이 활발해지면 스스로 증거를 갖게 되는 것이며
그것이 깨닮음의 초석이 됩니다.
However, when you know what karma is, you can
more easily remember your past deeds and you can trace all to your
current unhappiness is related them.
When that trace becomes active,
you will have evidence for yourself, and that will be the cornerstone of
enlightenment.
세상은 모두 떨어져 있는 것이 아니며 모두 이어져 있으며 인과관계를 가지며 그 인과관계를
잘 형성하여 자신에게 해와 복이 어떻게 돌아오는 지를 알게 되면 현세에서의 우주의 원리와 그리고 전생과 후생에서의 삶과의 고리를
깨닫게 되며 영원한 삶의 원리를 알게 되는 것입니다.
All the things in the world are not
separated, but all are connected, and there is a causal relationship,
and if you know how harm and blessings return to you by forming that
causal relationship well, you get to realize the link of previous life
and the next life and the principle of the universe in this world, and
you get to know the principle of eternal life.
